I found this in my home, there are now only 6 shots left and unfortunately you cannot buy film for it anymore in Ireland. In the camera exchange the shop owner said that you can get it from Amsterdam maybe but the whole polaroid business went bust 4 years ago. I think this is terrible as there is an outcry for polaroids I feel these days. I don't like digital cameras, I don't like the 'freedom' of being able to take as many photos as you want then only choose the 'good' ones. It shouldn't be that easy I think. More thought and not so much planning, but emotion almost should be given to photos. Plus seeing a photo in the REAL WORLD and not through a lcd screen on on a computer or digital frame is so much...nicer.
100% agree there man. Its like everything these days. Its too easy to produce something, takes all the feel and planning out of it.
ReplyDeleteIts like recording music. You dont have to get it right the first time anymore, but who said that was a bad thing?
Elvis and all the greats had to be so rehearsed with there band so they could nail it in one live take.
Modernization is making art and talent become lazy.
It's not what the program or system does for you, it's really what you do with the program that you're given....or the program you take...
